展會簡介

熱處理作為機械制造的重要基礎工藝，在制造業迅猛發展的今天，其發展空間巨大。近年來，隨著我國熱處理加工企業設備改造升級，將需要更多的節能少排放的熱處理設備，以滿足裝備制造業的需求。
本屆展覽會在借鑒前13屆活動的基礎上，特別安排多場技術交流會及產品、技術發布。目的是把握國際熱處理行業發展的脈搏；展現國內外最先進的工藝流程；搭建國內外同行間的交流平臺；促成企業間的友好合作；同時也為解決我國熱處理行業存在的問題，力求為我國的熱處理行業的進一步發展，以不斷適應制造業和國民經濟更大發展的需求出力。
因此，我們熱忱邀請新老朋友歡聚北京，參加’2009北京國際熱處理展覽會。為企業的進步、行業的發展獻計獻策。

As an important industry leading the global economic development, manufacturing played a crucial role in expediting the process of 21th century globalization. The heat treatment industry is the important fundamental techniques in manufacturing industry. Its developing space is tremendous. Under this promising situation, the 2009 Bejing International Exhibition on Heat Treatment conducted by China Heat Treatment Association and Chinese Heat Treatment Society of CMES has a very important significance.
Based on the former 13 exhibitions we held, this exhibition will particularly arrange several technical exchange seminars as well as product and techniques presentations. The purpose is to master the focus of international heat treatment development, present the most advanced technical process locally and abroad, set up the exchange platform for the colleagues of heat treatment industry and facilitate the good cooperation between enterprises; meanwhile, this exhibition will also make its contribution in solving problems and better development of the heat treatment industry to meet the requirement of manufacturing industry and economy.
So we very warmly welcome the old and new friends to get together in Beijing to participate the 2009 Beijing International Exhibition on Heat Treatment, and making their suggestions and advices for the improvement and development for our industry.

各種熱處理爐：可控氣氛多用爐、真空爐、井式爐、流態爐、離子滲氮設備；
熱處理生產線：退火、正火、淬火、調質、感應熱處理、離子滲鍍等生產線；加熱和冷卻新技術、新裝置、冷卻循環系統、散熱器；熱處理質量控制、產品檢測儀器、儀表、自動化技術、傳感器、機電一體化技術、工藝軟件及微機控制技術；
熱處理輔助設備：清洗機、噴丸強化設備、校直機、物料搬運、倉儲設備等；熱處理輔助材料、淬火介質、滲劑、涂料等；熱處理工藝氣氛制備系統（制氮機、氣體發生器等）；筑爐材料、耐火材料、加熱元件、耐熱絕熱保溫材料；新型加熱、燃燒裝置及技術、輻射管、燃燒噴嘴
熱處理設備相關的配套元器件：鑄鋼材料、輸送帶、網帶、風機、變壓器；熱處理節能設備與技術、余溫熱處理以及相關環保設備與技術；表面處理和表面改性技術及設備、物理沉積、化學沉積；其他行業（鋼鐵、有色金屬、鑄造、鍛造、石油化工、輕工、電子、玻璃、陶瓷建材等）工業爐窯和熱加工用設備等。

·Furnaces and heating systems (gas-fired, oil-fired, electric) for heat treatment and related field. Such as vacuum furnaces, atmosphere furnaces, batch (box) furnaces, continuous furnaces, induction heating systems, fluidized-bed systems, ion nitriding/carburizing furnaces, laser beam systems, sintering furnaces.
·Automation and instrumentation: Flow meters, carbon sensors/oxygen probes, dew pointers, infrared instruments, recorders, temperature indicators and controllers, and etc.
·Software and database technology: thermal process modeling and computer simulation, such as temperature fields with phase transformation effects, numerical heat transfer in heating, fluid dynamics, quenching processes, and etc.
·Atmospheres and generators.
·Surface engineering: PVD, CVD, laser, thermal spraying, plasma implantation and etc.
·Testing equipment: Diagnostic/SPC instrument, hardness testers, metallographic equipment/supplies, light micro-scopes/metallographs, universal testing machines, image analyzers and NDT instruments.
·Auxiliary equipment and supplies: Radiant tubes, heating elements, thermocouples, power supplies, vacuum pumps, cleaning system, straightening presses, shot blasting machines, recuperates, freezers/chillers, and cooling systems.
·Refractory materials: Heat-resistance alloy, and furniture for building furnaces.
·Compounds and solutions: Quenchants, cleaning solutions/compounds, cementation agents, protective paints and salts.
·Environmental and safety equipments.
·Publications and consulting services: Journals, standards, books, proceedings and consulting.
·Other industry furnaces and thermal process technologies.

展覽范圍

1）各種熱處理爐：氣氛爐、滲碳（碳-氮共滲）爐、氣體滲氮（氮-碳共滲）爐、奧氏體等溫淬火爐、鋁合金固溶時效爐、釬焊爐、壓焊爐、干燥爐；真空爐（真空高壓氣淬爐、真空滲碳爐、低壓真空氣淬爐、真空氫氣爐、真空油/水淬爐、真空燒結爐、真空回火爐），箱式爐、推桿爐、轉底爐、輥棒爐、網袋爐、臺車爐、鐘罩爐、臺車爐、鏈式爐、轉底爐、底裝料爐、鹽浴爐、流態床爐、燃氣爐、步進爐、震底爐、井式爐（加熱爐、滲碳爐、滲氮爐），周期爐、連續爐，等；等離子滲熱處理設備（滲碳、滲氮），等；
2）各種熱處理生產線：退火、正火、淬火、調質、感應熱處理、化學熱處理、離子滲鍍等生產線；

3）過程控制儀器儀表、機電一體化控制技術、智能信息化管理技術：各種工藝控制軟件、熱電偶、溫度控制儀、氣氛控制儀表、流量計、傳感器（氧探頭、氫探頭）、紅外測溫裝置，等；

4）熱處理質量控制、產品檢測儀器：如硬度計、金相試樣制備裝置、光學（電子）顯微鏡、超聲波檢測裝置、材料試驗機、X-射線衍射儀、化學分析儀、冷卻速度測定儀，等；

5）熱處理輔助設備：加熱電源、清洗機、噴丸強化設備、校直機、物料傳送機構、深冷設備、真空系統、冷卻系統、淬火壓床，等；

6）熱處理工藝材料：各種淬火介質、滲劑（防滲劑）、涂料、清洗劑、防銹劑等；

7）加熱元件、筑爐材料、耐火材料、耐熱絕熱保溫材料：電熱絲、石墨材料、輻射管、燃燒噴嘴、硅鉬棒、耐火磚、耐火纖維、耐熱鋼，等；

8）各種熱處理工藝氣氛、工業氣體及其制備系統、氣氛發生器，等；

9）熱處理設備配套元器件：料具、爐襯、馬弗罐、輸送帶、網帶、風機、泵、變壓器、換熱器；等

10）表面處理和表面改性技術及設備：高能束加熱、物理沉積、化學沉積、熱鍍鋅、電鍍、微弧氧化等；
